In 2018, 2019, the practice "Legal support of business", where Ksenia is a counselor, was recognized as one the best practices (rank IV) in the nomination "Corporate Law/M&A" according to the Pravo-300 rating; the team was also highly rated in the nomination 'Pharmaceutics and healthcare' (rank II).
In 2019, the team made a significant contribution to winning the nomination 'Insurance law' (rank I).
Ksenia provides legal assistance on various issues of corporate, commercial, tax, currency, and labour law, including taxation issues (profit tax, personal income tax, property tax, taxation of dividends), labour law issues (revising the system of local regulations in a large public company and bringing it in line with the legislative requirements, developing internal regulations and policies governing company activities, employees' conduct and responsibilities, handling of confidential information and personal data etc.).
She is engaged in corporate and M&A practices, tax practice, and banking and financial law practice.

AREA-SPECIFIC PROJECTS:
- Consulting a leading Russian company producing automobile oils on international corporate restructuring.
- Legal support toa Chinese bank in extending a loan to a large Russian bank with the purpose of financing construction of a multi-purpose complex in Moscow.
- Legal support of the largest Russian airline in the optimisation of the procurement procedures and interaction with the key supplier of the airline.
- Legal support of a large Russian air carrier in establishing an optimal system of interaction between the corporate management and hired employees, including analysis of local regulatory acts governing the long-term incentive programmes, payment of bonuses to the employees, and additional flight hours of pilots.
- Legal support of a Swiss manufacturer of railway equipment, train carriages and other parts of the rolling stock in connection with the activities of its Russian subsidiaries, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements to the public procurement procedures in Russia, inter alia, in the area of corporate governance, employment, and migration.
- Legal support of one of the largest global pharmaceutical companies in terms of various aspects of client's corporate presence in Russia, taking into account the specific aspects of a regulatory framework of the pharmaceutical industry in Russia.
- Structuring and carrying out corporate transactions with a foreign element, including M&A, reorganization / winding up of business entities.
- Consulting a large Chinese telecommunication holding on the restructuring of its shareholding in a Russian subsidiary founded to implement an integrated project for the development of high-speed mobile Internet access networks in Russia.
