SELECTED EXPERIENCE
- Representation of interests of a major agricultural company in the market of crops storage in Federal Antitrust Service (FAS) in case on monopoly price setting. The services included preparing relevant procedural documents and written explanations containing fair market value of services with regard to all Client's manufacture and management costs
- Analysis of the requirement to obtain FAS approval of agreement on sale and purchase of shares in share capital of a real estate developer that is in the same group of companies as one of the largest real estate developers in Russia. The above transaction allowed the Client to carry out corporate restructuring and settle intra group debts.
- Preparation of a legal opinion on antitrust risks related with agreement on sale and purchase of shares in share capital of the company which is the owner of commercial premises in a business center as well as evaluation of target company assets.
- Assistance with disclosure of group of persons of the insurance company that is one of the leaders in the market of commercial credit insurance. The services provided included identification of all foreign insurers that are in the Client's group of persons, preparation and filing of documents to the FAS
