THE PROJECTS WITH HER PARTICIPATION INCLUDE:
PROJECTS:
  • Legal support of the personal bankruptcy proceedings of a former shareholder and chairman of the Management Board of a large Bank. A potential amount of claims sought by creditors, including possible demands of the Bank for the recovery of damages and an asserted claim is more than RUB 285 billion.
  • Bankruptcy of a development company. The amount of claims is more than RUB 21 billion. The Commercial Court held a decision under which the debtor was declared bankrupt under a simplified liquidated debtor procedure. Upon including claims of bond owners' representatives, the register of creditors' claims included claims of bond owners, except claims of a large bank.
  • Protection of interests of the largest mining and metallurgical company and creditors linked with that company in the bankruptcy proceedings of two plants. The total amount of claims is more than RUB 15 billion. Result: the plant received the status of a city-forming enterprise, which allowed to change the procedure for selling the debtor's assets and postponing liquidation of the plant. 1,396 persons (32% of the employed population of the town) preserved their jobs.
  • Representing interests of FC Eurocommerce CJSC, the Russia's largest factoring company, as a debtor in a bankruptcy case (amount of creditor's claims – RUB 40 billion). Within the frame of this project, transactions were challenged in the amount of over RUB 5 billion.
  • Contesting a loan agreement with a Bank in the amount of RUB 3.9 billion.
  • Representation of the interests of the Client's companies in court as defendants under the transactions contested by the receiver in bankruptcy of LLC (seven companies), in the bankruptcy case of LLC in the total amount of 3,4 billion RUB.
  • Representing interests of a development company in a bankruptcy case. Having appealed against 250 rulings of the Moscow City Commercial Court within considering individual creditors' (equity holders') claims, she managed to form a judicial practice (as applicable to the bankruptcy of development companies) that allowed counting the period for filing an application for inclusion in the register of claims for the handover of residential premises not from the moment of publishing a message in Kommersant, but from the moment of receipt of a notice by the creditor on the introduction of a monitoring procedure. It let individual participants in shared construction to take part in the first meeting of development company's creditors and to determine the debtor's future.
  • Victoria represented interests of an investment company in the course of support and restructuring of transactions in the hotel business, as well as in bankruptcy cases and within the frames of debt recovery.
  • She represented interests of a group of companies within a Russian diversified holding. She took part in the project of protection against hostile takeover, which allowed defending rights to the property complex. She supported a number of legal disputes for invalidation of a privatisation deal, as a result of which the company acquired assets in the form of real estate.
