- Drafting a legal opinion on a marital agreement under New York State law in order to further provide it to a court regarding joint property division claim. The Court issued a favorable decision for our client. The estimated value of jointly acquired property amounted to 300 million rubles.
- Protecting a top manager of a large manufacturing company from the risk of subsidiary liability and defining the Client's property relations with his spouse. The amount of the Client's assets exceeded 2 billion rubles.
- Retaining the Client's fullest possible control over the business after the divorce with his spouse and signing a marital agreement to ensure proper business functioning. The Client is a beneficiary of a professional restaurant and bar equipment supply business.
- Representing an ex-shareholder of a major bank on debt restructuring, reorganization of companies in Russia and Cyprus, protection of personal assets and minimization of risks of subsidiary liability. The restructured debt of the group of companies amounts to RUB 90 bln.
- Advising the beneficial owner of a major investment company on settling marital relations with his wife and transferring his business to his heirs. The amount is confidential.
