PROJECTS:
- Representation of interests of a group of companies in disputes with a large Russian bank for the recovery of debt under loan agreements. The amount of debt under the agreements including penalty: RUB 11.5 bln.
- Protection of interests of a former member of the management board of a commercial bank in a case with regards to bringing to subsidiary liability. The amount of outstanding claims of Debtor's creditors: RUB 9 bln.
- Representation of the interests of the Client's companies in court as defendants under the transactions contested by the receiver in bankruptcy of LLC (seven companies), in the bankruptcy case of LLC in the total amount of RUB 3,4 bil.
- Exclusion of the possibility of bringing an individual person to subsidiary liability, the amount in dispute: RUB 3 bln. The case was won.
- Replenishment of the company's property pool. THE GOAL IS: To regain the company's title to three real properties which were unreasonably alienated at understated prices. Deal value: RUB 3 bln.
- Representation of interests of an airline company in four similar disputes. The opponents claimed recovery of payments for the lease of aircrafts. The amount in dispute: RUB 2.6 bln. Settlement agreements have been signed under all four lawsuits. The proceedings have been terminated.
- Representation of interests of a financial company in a dispute with a number of opponents. The amount of the transaction in dispute: RUB 2,7 bln.
- Representation of interests of a large investment group and group members in a corporate conflict. Total amount claimed: RUB 0.83 bln. The corporate dispute ended with a settlement agreement.
- Representation of interests of one of the large foreign banks in a bankruptcy case of a large Russian investment company. Over the time of representing interests of the Bank, over 40 transactions on the illegal withdrawal of assets were discovered. All transactions were successfully challenged in court. The total amount of assets awarded for recovery exceeded RUB 1.5 bln.
- Representation of interests of an international construction company, a creditor of a bankrupt general contractor who was engaged in construction of Olympic facilities in the Krasnodar Territory.
- Representation of interests of a large international bank in a dispute over the invalidation of a transaction, initiated by insolvency manager of another commercial bank, Deposit Insurance Agency Group, within the latter's bankruptcy proceedings.
- Representation of interests of a creditor of one of Moscow-City developers in a bankruptcy case, full-scale support of the procedure.
