COURT SEIZES VOSTOKCEMENT'S REAL ESTATE IN CASE RE FORMER MAYOR OF VLADIVOSTOK
The Sovetsky District Court of Vladivostok seizes the property of three businesses in a lawsuit filed by the General Prosecutor's Office against former city mayor Igor Pushkarev. The grounds are represented by the facts of cartel agreement whereunder at least 90 contracts were entered into.
On 10 December, Vladivostok will host a preparatory court hearing of the RUB 3.2 bn lawsuit filed by the General Prosecutor's Office against Pushkarev and his accomplices, RIA Novosti reports. As follows from the case materials, investigators ascertained the fact of conspiracy between Roads of Vladivostok, the institution entrusted to Pushkarev, and his brother's companies (Vostokcement Group). The real estate of AO Vladivostok Crushed Stone Plant, AO Rock Crushing Plant and AO Spasskcement has now been seized by court judgment, the Federal Bailiff Service Office (FBSO) for the Primorye Territory reports.
The Press Office of FBSO further clarified that interim relief was imposed before the court judgment became final and binding.
