Pravo.ru analysts studied 9,704 final arbitration court decisions in Russia, which were issued from January 1 to December 31, 2023.
Pravo.ru discovered a few significant trends:
– firstly, the average amount of federal actors' lawsuits has decreased by 7.5% (to 3.1 billion rubles). In other words, businesses are now ready to sue for “every extra rouble”;
– secondly, former international law firm's teams began actively enter the rating, which they refused to do before. Several newcomers immediately got into the first group of the federal rating, which thus increased by two positions;
– the geography of regional law firms covered by the survey has expanded considerably.
