High school “Company lawyer”
Ksenia Stepanischeva, counselor, attorney at law office “Kovalev, Tugushi & Partners” is a speaker at the High school “Company lawyer. She will be telling high school listeners about everyday practice of an inhouse lawyer in a limited liability company, in particular, about types of documents that shall be formed and kept in limited liability companies, maintenance of participants’ list and its significance for notarial practice, new forms filed to registration authority within state registration of legal entities entering into force on November 25, 2020, as well as about the procedure for amending LLC Articles of incorporation. Ksenia has prepared recommendations for practicing lawyers relying on the effective legislation and its implementation.
